Our Brokerage Fees are based on price at time of sale:
Less than £5,000 - £400 + vat
Less than £12,000,= £600+vat
£12k - £50,000 = 5%+vat
Above £50,000 = 4.5%+vat
First month on brokerage at Middlewich site:
No mooring fees will apply.
Mooring fees after one month at Middlewich site: 55p per foot per week plus VAT.

We encourage purchasers to have a survey prior to purchase, monies spent at this point ensure peace of mind later.
We hold deposit and full payments in a separate clients account.
We aim to pay vendors promptly once funds have cleared.
We insist the boats on our brokerage are presented in a clean and tidy manner.
We only have accompanied viewing thus ensuring security and being on hand to explain certain features of the boat.
We treat both vendor and purchaser with the same respect, both are customers and our aim is to exceed their expectations.
