Built by Eggbridge in 1982 Mary Irene is cleverly laid out and makes a perfect starter boat for a small family. Large cruiser deck with pram cover, central double doors, for ease of access, lead to aft fixed seating/ two single berths which also convert to a 2nd dining area. The shower and toilet are housed on the starboard side with good full length storage opposite. The galley is very user friendly, a straight run of units providing great storage a 12v fridge, full sized gas cooker sink and drainer. On the port side is the solid fuel stove and the forward area has a side door and a Pullman dinette which converts to form a double berth. The boat is powered by a BMC1500 with 3 domestic and 1 start batteries she has a shoreline connection and a battery management system her hot water is provided by the wall mounted gas boiler and the gas locker houses 2 x 13kg bottles. The engine has had regular services and the boat was blacked in 2007, her licence runs until June 2009 and will be included in the sale. Mary Irene is here at Venetian and can be viewed Monday – Saturday 9-5 and Sundays 10-4
