Built in 1997 by Venetian Harriet has a full survey from June of this year, all works required from the report have been carried out by R&J Marine including blacking and anodes. The boat is powered by a Beta 3 cylinder engine, she has both 12v and 240v electrics, an 800w inverter and a shoreline connection. Harriet is heated by a centrally situated solid fuel stove with a back boiler to an aft radiator, the engine provides hot water via the calorifier and she carries 2 gas bottles. The layout in this small boat is great, large cruiser deck, single door to rear bedroom with a fixed double, half wardrobe and overhead locker, well laid out bathroom, corner shower, vanity with basin and a Thetford cassette toilet, ‘L’ shaped galley, full sized free standing gas cooker, 12v fridge, good storage, an additional single wardrobe separates the galley from the living area which has 2 fixed sofa’s which convert to another double. Harriet is here at Venetian on her own mooring, the mooring would be available to the next owner, she can be viewed Monday-Saturday 9-5 Sunday 10-4
