Emily Rose is a delightful Trad, supplied by The New Boat Company in 2004, she is still in immaculate condition and is moored in the heart of Cheshire minutes from the historical Anderton Boat Lift in a secure marina on the Trent and Mersey. The boat has a standard layout, aft fixed double, corridor bathroom, ‘U’ shaped galley and a spacious saloon with a Wilson’s sofa bed which is easily converted to an extra double berth. For a 45’boat the storage on this boat is outstanding each area is maximised, in the saloon the corner TV unit is followed by a double door base unit, moving into the galley you will find both base and wall units with a peninsular glass wall unit forming a division from the saloon, the bathroom has a vanity unit, useful storage beside the shower and a mirrored bathroom cabinet, finally the aft cabin has an “end of bed” wardrobe, over head lockers, under bed storage and a second wardrobe before the privacy door to the engine compartment which also houses the calorifier. The boat is powered by an Isuzu 33hp engine, heated by either the Aarrow solid fuel stove or the Eberspacher central heating via radiators, the latter also provides hot water in addition to the engine. Emily Rose is fitted with a shoreline connection, she has a 250w inverter which powers the TV and video, the galley is equipped with a cream Vanette oven and grill with a matching 4 burner hob and a12v fridge with ice box, the bathroom has a Thetford cassette, inset basin and a fully tiled shower unit.
