Built by Liverpool boats in 1987 Charlotte M was purchased by the present owner earlier this year but as he enjoys the life style so much has decided to invest in a larger boat. The boat has a reverse layout with aft galley comprising of a free standing cooker, Engel 12v fridge and a stainless steel dink and drainer this is followed by a good sized lounge with a large ‘L’ shaped settee, useful shelving and a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. The corridor bathroom has just been updated, new shower over the hip bath, walls and floor re tiled, the toilet is a pump out and there is a vanity unit with inset basin. The front cabin can sleep up to 4, either 4 singles, 2 sets of bunks, or a very large double. In addition to the updated bathroom a 1500 watt inverter has been fitted, a new bilge pump, horn, TV aerial, taff rail to cruiser deck and a wooden floor throughout. The boat is powered by a Vetus 4.14 engine, hot water is provided by either the engine to the calorifier or instantly from the Paloma wall mounted gas boiler. The exterior paintwork is in good order and she carries a BSC until 2010, all in all Charlotte M is ready to give her new owners many happy hours afloat
