Amy is a 2006 cruiser, a Hanklelow shell given a lovely, contemporary fitout by her present owners. The boat has been laid out in the increasingly poplar ‘reverse’ order, from the large cruiser deck you literally sweep into the boat on central steps with a large utility/wet cupboard to the starboard side and a day bed, converts to single berth, on the port side, a large ‘L’ shaped dinette, converts to double berth, will seat up to 7, this is followed by a well laid out galley with enough space and equipment to entertain said 7, large stainless steel effect fridge with ice box, matching full sized washing machine and a Vanette single oven with matching hob and splash back, the majority of the storage is eye level and the sense of space in this galley is not usually found on a boat, on the subject of space the bathroom is a walk through with large shower, pump out WC and a lovely designer glass basin, storage to the side of the shower and under the basin. The front cabin has a fixed double, overhead locker, large double robe and an additional cupboard. Amy is powered by Barras Shire 45hp engine with 3 leisure batteries and I start, a 3kw pure sine Sterling inverter, shoreline connection. The interior is finished in light oak with sapele trim, the main living area and the bedroom are carpeted in blue with complementary vinyl in the galley and bathroom. A diesel Bubble stove provides heat via radiators and the bathroom towel rail this also heats the water in addition to the engine .
